Sadly, Cafe Strada has had a change in ownership. While service was still good, the food has gone from something I would travel for, to just average. The menu has also reduced drastically. We're not likely to go back.
Great crepes and Turkish bread sandwiches. We tried the bulgolgi sandwich and mushroom crepe and both were delicious and well-sized portions. Pleasant interiors. Very nice service. Food came out quickly. Happy with our lunch which hit the spot straight after our early flight. 4 and a half stars.
So. Good. Perfectly done crepes with generous amounts of quality toppings that made for a fantastic meal to start our final day in Cairns. The coffees here are good too, and the outdoor area out the back is perfect in the morning, with plenty of shade and a nice and relaxed setting 11/10 recommend if you're after a slow start to the day and want a quality meal
Cafe Strada has done it right, their wide variety of crepes are not super tasty but also reasonably healthy for you. Absolutely pleasant experience!
Sensational breakfast. Great gluten free omelette & my husband had gluten free dairy free breakfast crepes. Service fantastic and friendly. Highly recommend, don’t miss this wonderful cafe when visiting Cairns.
Service was fantastic, the coffee was seriously awesome, and the food was absolutely perfect, the whole experience for breakfast was seriously wonderful. For less than $25 bucks I had one of the best coffee's I've had in Cairns, and an absolutely top class breakfast, with more food than I could comfortably eat, almost lol. This place ticks all the boxes, and I will definitely be returning again and again.
Amazing spot in Cairns! Staff are warm and welcoming and the food is delicious! We went for breakfast and there were fantastic options for vegans and vegetarians that are well thought out! Meat-eaters won’t be disappointed either. Don’t miss the lovely outdoor patio in the back on a nice day.
Friendly owner and nice set up. However we both had a salmon crepe and it was surprisingly average with limited flavour. Sure their other dishes were nicer
