what a hidden gem , perfect place to unwind with the best coffee in town . service to next to none - the best service in town

Terrible service and a messed up order. A small group of us went for brunch and were happy to find an area to play with the kids. Ordered and received our coffees quickly but it was all downhill from there. It took an hour for four breakfasts to come out, with customers who had arrived after us eating and leaving before we received our food. When I asked the server if our food was going to be long she replied with “Are you on a timeline?” A horrible response to a standard question when we had already been waiting almost 45 minutes. We were told our meals were being plated at that moment. 2 of our 4 meals came out next with my wife’s order having mushrooms despite her being allergic and a request being placed to not have any. It was an additional 15 minutes before the remainder of the meals came out and additional time until my wife’s replacement meal came out. We were offered a discount on a drink for the issue. Just a joke, will never go there again and will tell as many people as I can to stay away.

Fantastic! It was my first time there today. Very helpful staff, hardly any wait on food(which tasted great), great kids playground. Will definitely be back. Thanks ☺️

The food was alright, the playground was amazing but the service was lacking. Ordered 3 adults and 2 kids meals, first two adult meals arrived twenty minutes after we arrived. Forty minutes later we sent someone in to ask where the rest was and were told 5 minutes (quite sure they had forgotten). Kids meals arrived shortly after that, and a bit over an hour after the first meals came out for the final person's meal which was incredibly disappointing and was ready to ask them to cancel it. Bringing out kids meals so much later (one was literally just chips!) meant they ended up eating half of the food for the adults brought out initially as they were starving. Also had to ask 3 separate staff over a period of half an hour before we got the cup of water we asked for to heat baby's bottle. Will give it one more try as there are so few kid suitable cafes around but really hope next time isn't so disorganised.

A welcoming cafe with many good food choices, good coffee, good service. Good for a quick stop or longer. Get yourself in there, lots of room at the back, outdoors, for all ages....👍☕☕
