I have visited a few times and everytime I find the dtaffand service is HORRIBLE The food is fine, cafe food, overload of choices. Coffee is suitable. The staff? Would be more efficient if they just stayed home. Slow, have to always flag someone down. Flag to get a menu. Flag to order - they only take a drink order. Flag to order food... you get the idea. Then they bring food, but no cutlery. I had to again wave TWO people down to just get a knife and fork. One girl walked past, acknowledged my "excuse me" but kept walking?!?! What is that? Staff are short, abrupt and really don't appear to want to work. Currently I can see 15 tables with an average of 3 people per table and I have counted 4 staff that just float doing nothing while others seem to be running meals and drinks - so no excuse for poor service.

Had breakfast here with 7 friends. The food was very nice and good value. Only disappointment was the waitress was so miserable that she was verging on being rude. No smile whatsoever. Abrupt and discourteous. We all commented that there must be plenty of people who would love to have her job. It was obvious that she didn't want to be there. Put us all off going back!

This would be our favourite Cafe 63 of the several we frequent. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome, without coming across as fake. They know many of their regular customers by name and enjoy ensuring customers are happy. The menu is very diverse, but most importantly, prices are very good, and quality and size of dishes are great. Highly recommended.

Hands down the greatest cafe! Great food, tasty drinks and the nicest staff! My favourite place to eat! My personal favourite meal being a matcha latte and eggs benedict! ;)

This is one of my favourite places to have breakfast. Good coffee and great food. Service is always friendly and meals are very fast, plenty of seating inside and out. Been here a few times now and always had a good experience. Would definitely recommend.

Blonde waitress with acne and greenstone pendant around her neck was extremely rude today, won’t be back. Staff are mostly rude or look like they don’t want to be there. Do yourself a favour and go 5minutes to the riverlink one a lot better

Over priced for a cafe. The food is good but not great. Cant really call anything a meal. EVERYTHING is in appetizer proportions. $9 for a stubby that you can walk 60 meters to the WG bottle shop and purchase 6 for the same price. Place is an over rated joke made for lower middle class people to feel like they are dining at the ritz.
