Pretty authentic HK meals. Had one of the daily special, good portion and the milk tea was very good! Staff are pretty polite as well! Will come back again!!
Feels like I’m back in Hong King for dodgey food downstairs. Ah all the right tastes. Great experience but the staff seem a bit confused.
The place is totally awful and I’m so annoyed. We ordered two dishes. The first one is chicken pasta, the food is set in a way that looks like isn’t freshly made. We also ordered a roast duck with rice, waited for 30mins and it did not came. Then we went to the boss asking when it can be ready, the answer we got is she did not know! She went to the chief and came back with no answer. Could not believe what kind of restaurant this is. Neither of the boss or the chief knows when the meal can be ready after half an hour of wait. I would not trust such restaurant as I would have no clue what they put in the meals and how they would prepare the meal. Would never recommend to anyone!
Mother's Day dinner earlier this month included this takeaway set meal for 2 from C Cafe: $46.80 for 2 roast meats, 2 dishes, a soup, and rice. Our choices were: * roast duck * steamed chicken * Peking style pork ribs * tender beef brisket hot pot Nice flavours on all the food and the beef dish included a fair few pieces of tendon which my parents appreciated. The portion of roast meats was a bit small, though I guess it's effectively a half and half serve. Overall definitely plenty of food for 2 people - probably could stretch it over 2 meals with some added rice. There was a supposed to be a 10% discount for spending over $30 but I was given 2 free drinks instead of the discount. I hadn't really paid much attention to this shop, which took over the Café Mi space about a year ago. I saw it recommended in a FB group I've recently joined to thought I'd check it out. They're now open for dine in so I'll look to visit in person at some point.
Dont think it wrong the name of this cafe. It actually similar to the modern "Eastern and western Restaurant a.k.a. Tea restaurant" in HK. It offers authethic and tasty Hong Kong style food. Especially honey BBQ style pork and crispy pork. It is the best in Brisbane. One more thing, you must try the hot milk tea that same as what i had in HK restaurants.
highly recommend the hk style milk tea. High score overall
I truly love this restaurant. Best wonton noodle soup in Australia I have ever taste, reminds me the good old days back in Guangzhou. BBQ pork has a genuine taste which won’t fail the veterans. The owner was extremely nice and recommended me the special wonton with brisket soup.
Taste pretty good! It deserves its price, and each dish is good to try it again.
Brilliant fried rice. Having one right and I had to put this review. Amazing food, great taste and excellent customer service.
The owner is so kind to Uber drivers very impressed!
