Brunetti - Carlton

We were lucky to grab good parking near by, and decided to try the ice cream at Brunetti. In the past, we’ve purchased their tiramisu cake (delicious btw) for my hubby’s birthday recently. The ice cream was delicious, no iciness, creamy with a bold texture, with a vast variety of flavours. Staff were very inconsistent, the server offered samples to the family before us, when I had asked for a sample, was told they don’t do it, it was after I reminded them that they just offered samples, was when I was offered one, but declined, hubby was annoyed and only got an uncharacteristic one scoop and I got a small portion of cake, as I didn’t feel like spending more money. The cheesecake was delicious, and much better than what I have had in recent times. Place was busy, but service was fast.

Fabulous service all around! They made a cake last minute for my mothers 70th birthday when all other cake makers fell through. It looked superb, tasted great and matched the picture idea supplied! I cant recommend this place enough.

Love Brunetti ! Besides the great coffee, Hot Chocolate, deserts and Ice cream, its a Great place to catch up with friends. Yet to try all the other yummy choice of Italian delights

Classy Italian cafe restaurant, reminds me of the beautiful cafes in my home town of Italy. Great food, Highly Recommend.

Stunning.... a dieters worst nightmare, the cakes, the biscuits the.... everything..divine. A gastronomic fest of absolute indulgence

One of the best places that I never forget about Melbourne. GELATO are delicious and affordable. The staff are alwsys polite. The choice of music is very good. You also have option to buy pizza, etc. Regarding the cakes, they taste very good, and my favourite is chocolate cakes.

The place has a palace of food, especially desserts! It took us a long time, a long circling-around the floor to decide which cakes to eat. I really liked the éclair, fluffy, melty, and not too sweet. Their coffee and other hot beverages also very good. They open early until midnight on weekends, and was always packed.

Great Cappuccino. Attentive staff. Can't wait to try the Crostata Fig Tart which I purchased this evening!!
