Always amazing.
Been at Brunetti so much over the years it's second nature. Unpretentious, tasty dishes, good for hanging out with a large group for dinner. A little on the noisy side when really bustling but good if you're in the mood for it. Pretty good value.
Best dessert house ever!! Though it’s hard to pronounce and remember the foreign names of each pastry. I loved the tiny choco mousse thingy and the custard puffs!
Best patisserie shop, ever.
The arancini and iced latte I ordered, really hit the spot, and the food that my parents ordered, looked amazing. I love walking into Brunetti and feeling like I've just entered a sweet and savoury paradise. No trip to Melbourne is complete for me without at least 1 stop in at this place.
Ordered 2 fresh & tasty pizza slices from the cabinet. The base was crispy & light, the pesto with cherry tomatoes was delicious as was the mushroom & cheese. Highly recommend ordering these to anyone looking for a quick & tasty lunch. We also ordered a ricotta & spinach calazone, and the pastry on that was great, flaky light & but firm. The ricotta mix was simple, not overly flavourful but good. So many choices at Brunetti especially from their a la carte, but don’t pass up what’s in the cabinet either!
Very interesting type of multi dining. People were there from various backgrounds all enjoying whatever made them feel happy. You can have a meal or just a simple coffee. Various places you can sit at, as long as you are prepared to do enjoy the buzz. Will come again
Wow, amazing shop! Been coming here the last few years after eating in Lygon St, then grab something to take home for desert! Will take us years to get to taste everything, but challenge accepted! ❤️❤️
As soon as I stepped in this establishment, my heart skipped a beat - I honestly have never found this kind of places anywhere else but in Italy and I was very excited to try some of the pastries/food. While of course the taste was not exactly as being in Italy, it was close enough to give Brunetti a 4 stars, if anything, just for the ambiance. I wish they opened a Brunetti in Sydney, that would be amazing.
Extremely difficult to get through to the Carlton store via phone. Needed to urgently change a cake order however I was put on hold for over an hour and the automated voice kept stating that I was “first in line”. I understand the store gets busy but waiting for hours on hold is a bit ridiculous. At least let me know that I’ll receive a call back etc. If someone needs to urgently change their order or can’t pick up a cake there’s no option to speak to anyone. Such disappointing service!
