Brisbane Powerhouse

Unique venue with really cool atmosphere. Only downsides are the Bar gets really crowded (need more space to order) and not much parking available. Still really enjoy watching shows here, great vibes.

Went to Melt Beauty Pageant. Amazing night, staff were incredible.

Very funky venue. Have been here a few times. Love when they have free comedy. Great to stay around and have a drink in the surrounding venues. Also never had any trouble getting a park which is great!

Ongoing great selection of music, performance and art consistently over so many years. Staff and bar always friendly and professional.

Went to have pre show drinks yesterday. We got there 1 hour before the show. Three bartenders and a line that didn’t move for ten minutes. We were then directed to go to the downstairs bar, same thing. Gave up and waited outside, I will make different arrangements next time. Show was brilliant.

A favourite place for a late afternoon drink on the deck overlooking the river. Even better when the free Sunday comedy sets are on 👌 check their website, they're usually on at 5pm. Lovely, intimate venue for live performances.

Rad venue and staff were awesome, i didn't drive there, but seemed like a fair bit of outdoor parking (an restriction-free street parking near by). The bathrooms and bar staff were way over capacity at intermission, but i feel thats pretty standard when a whole room flock out at once, so i wouldn't mark them down for that; just get there early for drinks, unlike me! Will deffo go again, was a real nice eve.

Fabulous place at all times of day. Markets on Saturday mornings, breakfast or dinner by the river at Mary Maes or Bar Alto, or grab a show. Fabulous venue in the old power station by the river
