Bourke and hare

My family and I going to Bourke and Hare very often. They work very hard to create a great customer experience and treat each extremely friendly, every greet with big smiles and friendly chats. We had our daughter’s 1st birthday there and it was such a great experience, very spacious with heaters and nice food. Saran is my favourite barista; he knows my order and exact temperature. But all of them are really good in making the coffees. George and Jess who run the cafe do a fantastic job of customer service, greeting everyone and making on of the best efforts I've seen to get to know their customers. Thank you

By far one of the best cafes i have been to in Syd. This great cafe has many good reasons to visit it. 1. Food was tasteful and generous portions 2. Customer service is A++ 3. Atmosphere around is nice. You can definitely pick up on the positive vibe between the staff. 4. Finally if you have kids, this cafe is great as it is located in front of a playground. I highly recommend this place

Found this place by chance, very unassuming, simple down to earth team. The place has a good and friendly vibe. The team seems to be on point, they know their customers and remember their orders, which is something that wasn’t lost on me. The coffee is great full bodied in taste and well made. Could have scored higher if they didn’t forget my omelette...

This place has a great breakfast and coffee but best of all the way the staff were talking and joking with the locals who were lined up for coffee, you knew it was a great place to be. Nice playground for the little ones right beside. Recommend highly. Edit: we went back the next morning and the waiter remembered our coffee order from the previous day. I would go out of my way to eat here again

I was here from Queensland the staff were so lovely to my support person and my self the place has a lovely feel management are really nice and really friendly the food was honestly divine the coffee was Perfect as well I would honestly recommend this place for anyone looking for the best customer service and best food

My go to local cafe for a caffeine fix. 5 star every time!

One of my favourite go to places for my daily coffee fix. In fact their coffee is the best in Mascot in my opinion. The staff are also so friendly and welcoming each and every time I go there.

Best place in Sydney for an exceptional coffee and/or delicious food!!! Quality is one of a kind!!! George (the owner) and the stuff will do their best with their kindness and professionalism to keep you satisfied!!! Awesome location too, a place ideal for all ages!!! Totally worth a visit and Highly Recommended!!!

Coffee (cappuccino) is good but weak the hot cakes where a let down it's not what it looks like in the picture on Google maps, when it came out it was two small but medium sized pancakes with like one small scoop of ice cream with random small pieces of fruit and it's $17 bucks come on I get three nice pancakes at McDonald's for less than that. The only thing I can't complain about was the iced mocha that was exactly what I wanted so thank you for that but if I came back there that's all I would get.

The staff member were very friendly and checked on us often to see if we were ok and satisfied with the food. Food were nice and very filling. I ordered the iced mocha which tasted more like iced coffee. Not bad and I would come back again to try their hot cake !
