Fantastic food.

Ok! I'm giving this place 5 stars but not for what I would normally give 5 stars for. Would I recommend someone come here... yes.. ish? So what can I tell you? The atmosphere is great- just spot on French, you'd be excused if you thought you were in a little bistro on stress of Paris (great date place!!!). The menu is a little bare and just classic French rather than anything inspiring, but that's what they do and they do well enough for its price. Service is great and they know how to provide it exceptionally. So if you're looking for a classic French restaurant or a great date place , 5 stars.. for anything else I probably wouldn't say you might want to look elsewhere. 😁

Excellent typical French bistro cuisine with a classic 3 courses meal. Friendly staff. Warmly recommended. The courtyard at the back is comfortable and welcoming. Desserts were great. Authentic cuisine

Fabulous spot, managed and operated by French staff delivering an authentic French bistro experience for reasonable (albeit inner-city) prices. I'd highly recommend the breakfast/brunch service, though we also had a very enjoyable lunch. Try the snails, you won't regret it.

We dined here on New Year's evening and enjoyed such a lovely night that we are still raving about it six months later. Excellent food paired with warm service. Can't wait 'til our next visit - cheers to Bon Ap'!

A true delight with great food and a wonderful ambiance

Great menu, really enjoyed the mussels in cider. Pleasant ambiance, friendly staff providing just the right level of attention. Biggest issue is parking but that's Fitzroy, tram in and enjoy, plenty to see.
