Absolutely stunning! The gardens, the nursery, the restaurant. It's utterly idyllic and you feel like you're in a perfect country postcard when you go there. Food can't be faulted!!! This is our third time here and it just keep getting better and better. Every plate is a work of art (but not in a stuffy, food-as-art kind of way!!. The dishes are adorned with edible flowers and herbs, nuts and seeds, and the composition of each dish is a brilliant marriage of flavours and textures. With a small group of people dining, we ordered virtually every dish on the lunch menu, and got to taste the deft hand of a chef who knows he has the freshest produce to work with and how to make those ingredients shine. Staff are super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the menu and the fabulously sourced local wine list. Couldn't think of a more perfect place to while away a sunny afternoon. A+++++ guys!!!
A beautiful garden and gorgeous restaurant overlooking the water with excellent service and very nice food. I loved the risotto the best. It was so delicious and I wanted a whole bowl of it!! I would've given 5 stars if there was more food on the plate. The courses are small and being a vegetarian means you don't get so full on small amounts. My partner ate the chicken and osso bucco which were more filling. So I guess it pays to eat meat sometimes 😀
The highlight of my birthday is the lunch here and I was very satisfied and very happy with all the dishes.
Been many times and it's always EXCELLENT ! The food is super tasty and the presentation of it is fantastic. Good wine list too. Gorgeous gardens.
We booked for 16 people of various ages for lunch yesterday. The food and service was outstanding. They were fully booked and with a small staff and kitchen served delicious, beautifully presented food and created a very friendly atmosphere. Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
What a sensational setting. Beautiful nursery and garden, complementing the seasonal produce on offer. Get in quick as the owners say they are changing the direction soon. A lovely experience - one we will certainly offer to our interstate visitors.
Went on a Sunday and met a lovely gentleman called Angus, the service was extremely busy and he did his best to seat everyone and meet everyone needs. 5 star food on top of all that. All in all a great day out!
