Soooo good

This place came highly recommended and on the whole it lived up to the hype. Unfortunately our pork ribs were a bit tepid and fatty, and were not as good as I expected. The chicken wings were excellent and the chicken burger superb. Prices are more than reasonable and the ambiance of the place is great. I will return as I feel we just got an average batch of ribs.

Had hungry bear box, 1/2 pork ribs and southern fried chicken burger. Butger was good but the hungry bear box combo and pork ribs missed something and wasn’t smoky flavour. Meat wise - soft, juicy and fall of the bone. I like the coleslaw as well without mayonnaise.

burgers were not bad but Im sure ribs and stuff must be really good here. we went there a bit early. second day edit: I went there again today and burger was horrible🙄😒

BBQ lover's heaven. Pork belly is to die for. Love the BBQ sauce. Tasty Jalapeño and cheese hot link was cooked perfectly having thin crispy skin. Sausage had nice flavour and texture. Brisket was a little dry and bland in taste. For quick light breakfast, try pork belly and egg roll or hot link and egg roll. Would be nice if bread rolls were warm. Like the relaxed atmosphere and vibrant service in this industrial area. Menu on boards or website. Prices were a little high. Food came at reasonable time. Great location being away from Westpoint. Finding parking easily on the street. Another interesting eatery in Blacktown.

Loved their brisket ❤ it was perfectly cooked and melted in my mouth with that beautiful smoky flavour made it just perfect. Really liked the salad. The sauce was a bit on the sweeter side. I liked it but my husband didn't as he needs that kick of spiciness. That ribs was also tasty. Initially I was not happy with the portions as it looked less but as we were eating, we realised the portions were perfect!!

This place reminds me of the famous Franklin Barbeque in Austin Texas, but without the monstrous long queue. It's tucked away in a quiet part of factory suburban Blacktown, parking was easy, and, like Sydney Australians, super laid back. But these guys do a serious smoked meat. We shared a family feast and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly smoked, the pork belly was to die for, melts in your mouth. And even upon closing the manager stopped to talk to us about their operations like it was his life's calling. BBQ has gotta be that special for it be deserving of 5 stars and this place is it.

We were looking forward to try this!! Ordered brisket box, pork roll & beans. The pork roll was to die for, juicy and flavourful. The beans was a bit dry but got all the flavours in it. The brisket itself was a bit too dry for us.. not juicy.. and not smokey enough.. but the salad and kettle chips were really good. We came a bit late, probably that's why the brisket would have gone dried. Would come back and try another time. So far, happy with the generous serving and lovely customer service.

Seriously disappointed...used to be one of my favourites - the brisket completely dry, unseasoned and zero smoke flavour. Probably the worst brisket I've ever had. Haven't been here in 6 months, since last visit was similar - thought we'd give them another go, guess this is their new standard. Gave them two stars only on account of the yum Buffalo wings, which I think are smoked then fried. Still not enough to bring us back!
