Owned my own kebab shop So I know what I'm talking about For the price you pay this is one of the nicest kebabs in Melbourne for value Definitely best on its road..

Kebab was very nice and hot the bread unfortunately was very cold wrapping the food. Ruined the kebab as the bread was so cold and chewy. I went back to complain i was told that i saw them toast it i said yes for less than 5 secounds. I was told the bread is not cold like i was not the one eating it. I offered them to touch the bread. I ended up with an apology. They never felt the kebab.

To be brutally frank, came in because Katik was too busy, but haven't enjoyed kebab this much in a long, long time...

Really bad customer service. Waiting time for a kebab was over 1 hour, i know its ramadhan and theres a lot of pressure for the staff to keep up but during rush times, it is important to have more people on roster rather than being under pressure and causing inconvenience to every customer. Another thing replying back to the customer is not how you provide customer service. No matter how frustrated the customer is, it is important to acknowledge the complaint, and apologize rather than fighting back. You need to have more customer focused people hired. Advice from a mcdonalds employee who came yesterday and witnessed the appauling behaviour by the staff.
