Fantastic food and great service. As it is a service your self place I was lucky enough to get some help as a mum of 2 under 2 and not being able to order and go back and pick up they helped me out by bringing it over. Love that kind of help!!!

Very busy when we stopped by, the queue to order took longer than our meal took to prepare. Nice burger, fries and onion rings are nothing special though.

A great new addition to Rundle St! Love the decor, very large space too. Staff were pleasant & friendly. Food came out pretty quickly. The chocolate thickshakes here are amazing! Delicious burgers and fries, it was worth the lineup.

Hands down the best burger I've ever eaten in my life. Nothing comes close. There's a huge line quite often for this place, and that's because I'm not the only one who thinks they're the best. I recommend trying the burgers here if you are looking for a quality meal.

Tried the new fancy burger surrogate in the CBD today. The atmosphere is nice, for a burger joint. The burgers were just ok and in my opinion the Betty deluxe should be rename the sloppy Joe to better reflect its nature. I would add the it is way overpriced, 5$ for French fries and 2$ for extra mayo is way too much. Update: After posting my review on Betty's Burger, I've unsurprisingly received a reply from the "owner". The interesting part is that the reply is pretty much a standard copy and paste text which is posted as an answer to all negative reviews. I think it says a lot about the management attempt to manage PR, without really caring much about their customer experience. Anyway, nice try.

Burgers were good and the young staff there were very polite and attentive. Better than many high class restaurants in my opinion.
