Customer service is very friendly, nice people. Burgers are the most exquisite. Chips are thin and a good portion. They did no problem receiving $25 vouchers. I had Betty's classic and my husband crispy chicken supreme. Loveeee itttt. Thanks. Westfield Bondi.

Love the food! It is amazing - especially for people like myself who have Coeliac Disease and have to eat gluten free. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommend.

Second time here and I've ordered the Betty's Deluxe with added egg. The burger was fresh, patty was well-cooked and flavoursome and the lettuce was crisp and plenty. This place definitely reminds me of one of my favourite places called Jack's Burgers in Newtown. Their buns are super fresh and soft. The fries were still warm but starting to get a bit stale. It was definitely better on my first visit. The Coke from the post-mix machine seemed to lack flavour (syrup issue?) Flagged it with the young server at the counter and she immediately checked with the kitchen staff once she's free and came out with a new replacement drink and informed me that it seems to be a gas issue within the machine. She said if the replacement is still the same, they would be happy to either swap it out for a different drink or refund. Although the second drink was only slightly better, these things sometimes just happen and I was very happy with the way she responded and would come back again 👌🏼

Ordered Betty's burgers for the first time last weekend. Had the double burger..One of the best burgers I've had in Sydney, no exaggeration. Beef perfectly cooked, bun was soft and delicious. The only complaint if I had to pick one was - I ordered the onion rings as a side and they were great, but I only got about 6 or 7, and they weren't cheap. I haven't had the chips so no sure how many you get with those. Not the cheapest place. About 30$ for burger, side and drink, but damn tasty.
