Look I'll be honest, I don't like their burgers all that much. Firm OK. But that said, prices are reasonable, food comes out in a good time, always very fresh and staff are good. Haven't tried their shakes and ice cream but it looks good. Can't poo poo a place just coz they aren't my flavour

Great location in Grand Central Toowoomba with seatings options inside or on the promenade outside. Really friendly staff with fast on point service. Really large shop space with a beautiful and relaxing beach vibe that you become accustomed to at any Betty’s Burgers. Burger was fresh and milkshake was tasty.

I come to this store all the time and can't recommend them enough! Great food, great location and a really awesome group of staff. Always friendly and nice to talk too, and the burgers are always top notch. Keep up the good work!

Nice causal place for lunch or dinner. Quality food standards served here. With a bonus of helpful staff. The kitchen lady came out to us with drinks we ordered and ask if we like main and dessert separate. Which was nice of her. When we were ready prompt service with our dessert. Food was nice and hot on delivery to our table and with the beef, chicken and vegy option with the mushroom as a bun good idea. Enjoyed my time here. Dine in ,take away or delivery via menu log

Food came out in good time and well presented. Fries were nice. The Bettys Classic was enjoyed; however, the double beef/double cheese burger had a little too much sauce. Still decent, but I wouldn't order the double again.

Busy on a Friday night in Toowoomba but a 30 min wait for burger and fries is too much. Staff were ordinary but food was appalling. When I got my food it was stone cold. The thick cut chips tasted like they were cooked last week and my mustard came with double Betty. It was ridiculous how much mustard they poured on it. Burger was completely cold and inedible. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Most places make a better burger and this place is over priced and trading on a reputation they no longer deserve.
