If you come here, you need to see Isaac. He's the man. Seriously 👌🏻 he went above and beyond to help us out and make our dining experience the best it could possibly be. Next best would be eating Betty's Burger. 5/5 burgers for Isaac. Employee of the year.

Delicious!! Great minimalist menu and excellent quality which is all you need. Just try it. Wear something warm if going in winter.

Food was incredible! Service was amazing! Jules went above and beyond. She gave my dog a water bowl and even brought our food out for us (usually you have to go to the counter and collect yourself). Will definitely be back, best service I’ve had at a Betty’s restaurant!

I truly went BANANAS for this food! I would personally recommend the thick fries and any of the burgers. They all satisfy me. I would also like to commend Rory for his great service and hospitality. Never had a bad meal from Bettys, especially the Newstead branch. I live local, and this is one of my go-to places. It's good value for what you pay, the food quality is always consistent, even when ordering delivery or ordering it, the time taken is always reasonable and with deliveries, it's always pretty much spot on with the estimation. Simple menu too with options that will cover 99% of peoples taste.

BEST BETTY"S WE'VE BEEN TO!!! Isaac went above and beyond to make our experience 10/10 , he gave amazing customer service and was so friendly and funny! (Ask to hear his Irish accent) Our food was excellent too and we will definitely be coming back!

Food was awesome, came out really quickly, nice and fresh. Riley was really friendly, cleared a table super quick because the table we wanted had previous customs rubbish on it. He even asked if we wanted a dog bowl.

Had the Betty's Double Burger Meal (with extra fries and soft drink) and the meal was filling and absolutely delicious. It will cost around $10 more than the average meal from McDonalds, but the comparison is a far more satisfying meal. The popularity of this restaurant is self-evident at lunchtime; the place was filled with people and a small line had formed to enter, although I suspect this was due to being slowed by current restrictions. As for service, the staff were attentive and efficient, finding me a place to sit and checking in at the end to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction. It was, and I would be happy to return here for lunch if I am in the area again.
