Good food
Nice food, friendly service
Always great food! Never a complaint. But the one thing that needs noting more than anything is the fantastic service at this particular franchise. In a time where the importance of customer service has almost been forgotten, the staff at the Coomera restaurant are without a doubt a credit to the organisation and go above and beyond for customers every time we visit. Thank you!
Very nice little burger spot! I got the spicy chicken and it was awesome! Very good prices, gluten free options and nice setting. Will definitely be returning
Quick service, polite and helpful staff offered to bring our meal over when the buzzer went off, offered to take people rubbish away at the end. Burgers were on point too we had the spicy crispy chicken and deluxe beef burger…so good!!
Excellent food! Would give it a 5 but the chairs are pretty uncomfortable. But I guess it's a place for a quick bite, not for a 10 course meal over 3 hours
Bruce Lee said: 'I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.' After perfecting that kick, the one who so terrified The Dragon himself must have went on to master the humble hamburger. Betty's Burgers and Concrete Co. is the result of this relentless pursuit of mastery. Simple food and basic recipes raised to the status of art. After glimpsing your first burger, given its humble size and composition you may be forgiven for having a moment of sticker shock at the price you have just paid, but then you take that first bite and it all becomes clear. There is a reason their fries are five dollars and it is not because the potatoes are smuggled into the country from a secret estate high in the Andes. Their range may not be the largest, their list of ingredients may not be the most broad or expensive, their buns may not be kneaded into perfect circles by silent monks, made from fair-trade wheat tended by blind nuns. No, what elevates Betty’s from good to great is entirely down to their preparation, and this requires mastery of simple culinary skills that too many take-out establishments take for granted. Anyone can learn how to cook a burger, anyone can deep fry potatoes, but it takes skill to do it this well, and that is what you’re paying for. I have eaten burgers at places all over the country, everywhere. From takeout franchises, trendy cafes, crusty spoons, and secret, hole-in-the-wall venues that are only open one day a week for half the year. I have tasted the best and the worst. I have dined on gastronomic mysteries and feasted on culinary regret. Now, every time I eat any other burger, the only thought I have is self admonition for not going to Betty’s instead, for Betty’s is the acme to which it must compare, and none have yet eclipsed it. The only reason I stay my hand from dining there more frequently is that I do not wish the experience to become something mundane, I do not wish it to become familiar, because to drag those heavenly morsels down to the world of the everyday would be the gravest of sins.
A lovely establishment. Very nice seating out the back and a nice atmosphere. The food was great. Definitely get the app for deals.
Always amazing service when I eat here! Food is delicious and staff are super friendly. Definitely recommend
This place is amazing. Love the food and the front of house guy at coomera is really good. We go there very often and it's always perfect. Been to the one at surfers a few times and it's great too
