Berwick Palace Chinese Restaurant

Very average food with most main courses soaking in some sort of sauce...always an issue when ordering what you want...staff can be lazy and rude.....

Meals were a good size, arived hot and tasty. Service was reasonably quick. Plenty of parking at the rear of the main street. Prices were average for this type of restaurant. Enjoyed our evening.

Amazing service and lovely foos

Having just moved to Berwick we were curious how the local would be. Can I say we purchased take away today and we’re blown away with their service, menu and the meals we ordered A+ to your chefs. Your food is amazing and fresh, we will definitely be back again and again.

First time at the Palace, if you seeking a basic meal, affordable well price dinning experience this is the place to go. Our hostess was very polite and helpful. She was kind enough to explain the more exotic dishes were not available on the menu simply because the residence prefer traditional home-style cooking Chinese food ( don't expect lobster, crab or whole fish ). Rang twice to confirm a booking for Saturday night. Turned up. No booking. Got told a fib and then found out we had been booked for the next night despite double checking. No apologies for their mistake. Hope the food is better than the service. We didn't even get a chance to try it.
