Great atmosphere

Drove from Gold Coast to meet friends for dinner, sorry to find they are doing renovations and the kitchens are closed. If they had posted information on their web page to that effect it would have saved us all a drive. Not happy and won't be going there again.

Check that they are serving food, we traveled from the Gold Coast only to find their kitchens are being refurbished. Would have been ok if they had mentioned the fact on their web page, but no mention, not happy.

Drinks were too expensive. Went elsewhere. Bottle shop could do with some character. Not overly inviting.

Good staff , and decent food .. value for money .. decor is out dated and an update would do wonders. Still a pleasant experience

Waited over half an hour to get our food only to be told there were no chips on a Sunday evening. Steak came out undercooked, chicken was dry and expensive for what it was.

I never been here before for a show and was quite amazed how well it stood up for atmosphere. One thing was the venue was very hot and they really need to deal with that. Another was if you order a stand up meal in the venue and wait over an hour for wedges just be told sorry we ran out needs to be addressed as many went there for some finger food. The David Bowie / Queen tribute band was excellent and well worth the money. Atmosphere 9/10 Heat 2/10 just bearable. Meals in function room 3/10 Would I go back again. Staff where an absolute delight to be around, so smiley and happy. The food is amazing! Highly recommend the French Parmy, and the house made dressing is food of its own! Great work, worth 10 stars to me!

My experience at the tavern was excellent great food and great service would certainly recommend visiting.

Run down pub in the suburbs about to renovated , can't wait for the reopening

Friendly staff and great service. came in for dinner tonight with the kids, we were really happy with the kids play room and our meals were fantastic.
