Their coffee is spot on. Their food menu is simple but done well, especially the chicken roll. The couple who run the place are really just too adorable.

Owner-operated by the lovely couple, John and Jan, this cosy cafe has been here for 5+ years. Reasonably priced, with a small curated menu, B-Line café values quality over quantity. What they do, they do exceedingly well. The BEST scrambled eggs - creamy, fluffy, on buttered slices of quality sourdough. Coffee - robust, great mouth feel, mellow aftertaste slightly astringent but very satisfying and rich. Rolls - their fresh take on a Vietnamese bahn-mi rolls are well worth the wait. Even better than some bahn-mi that I've tried at Vietnamese owned bakeries! Each one is made to order, none of this pre-made stuff. They also make chicken and roast pork, but I adore the vegetarian. It's a generous portion with fillings that are perfectly balanced... avocado, pickled carrot, salad, herbs....and the roll is warmed and crispy outside but soft and chewy inside. Very morish. And because they're made to order you can customise it. 😊 Want or don't want chili, corriander, mayo? Just let them know. Warm, friendly service, delicious food, excellent coffee at a really really affordable price. Great to support this local owner-operated small business. ❤️🇦🇺☕
