All round great

Very good food but serving sizes were a bit small.

Hope they bring back the vegan orecchiette!!

Stopped in for brunch around 10.30. Ordered Avocado Bruschetta and a side of bacon. It was fantastic! Poached eggs done to perfection, the flavours of avocado, rocket, a touch of balsamic melding together beautifully. The bacon tasted as if cooked over an open flame, divine. Prices are spot on, atmosphere is pleasant and the servers are full of energy and friendly. Thank you for a lovely Sunday morning.

The ambiance is lively, with the patrons appearing to enjoy the music and food. Given free reign to choose my seating with my date, I choose the back of the restaurant that has plain black seat on one side, and a cushioned long seat on the other with the wooden wall as the backing. The menu appears to have vast choices suitable for all ages and food needs. They also have a side section of which shows what food is marked with gluten free, vegetarian, contains nuts, vegan or dairy free. Business hours are listed as Wednesday to Thursday 5:30-10pm, Friday to Saturday 5:30 to 11pm and Sunday 5pm to 9pm. The drinks menu offers a large section of cocktails, beer and cider, sparkling, rose, white, red, then your regular juices, soft drinks and sweet wines. My first interaction with a server aside from being given choice on where to eat was being offered tap water or sparkling. Once my date arrived, we ordered an entree of prosciutto that was brought out fairly quickly and was, as to be expected delicious. Next we ordered our mains which was 2 of their pizzas, the carnivora and the funghi. They unfortunately weren’t really great pizzas, as they weren’t very hot and the base was soggy and not cooked through. The sauce also left something to be desired. This was a shame as the place seemed to be very popular and packed and has many great reviews, but with the mains being so poorly cooked I doubt we will come back again. Upon paying they asked if everything was alright and they informed me after I told them about the soggy pizzas they would left the chef know, and that was all they did. Due to the ambiance and friendly staff, that was at least worth the 3 out of 5 stars I’m giving them, the food is why they aren’t getting more.

I ordered a takeaway coffee from here and was charged an extra $1.50 for soy milk! I understand the need to charge for it, but I've never been charged more than 60 cents. $1.50 feels like a huge rip off! I have eaten here before, and the food is fine, which is why I haven't taken off more stars.

We just dropped in for a quick pasta and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality. My husband had fusilli pasta with Italian sausage and I had the luscious ravioli with fried kale ..both homemade pasta.They were delicious and we left our plates clean! Good service ,great atmosphere, lovely food, a glass of rose` on a beautiful day. Perfect!

The Zucca is one of the best pizzas in Australia. Pastas are decent too. Meatballs are questionable value at $3.5 each.

Came in for late lunch with kids on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Wonderful fresh food and friendly staff. Pasta was absolute perfection.

We came to this restaurant with no expectations. It was busy and we patiently waited for our table. The staff seemed friendly. In deciding our dishes, the spaghetti marinara sounded exciting as it promised prawns, mussels, fish and squid while my wife chose the beef ravioli. We ordered and it took a long time for our dishes to come and we they did, I was overly disappointed. The dish contained 6 mussels, the equivalent of 1 prawn cut up into 1-2mm cuts, probably 1 squid ring cut into thirds and minimal fish. There was no flavour to the dish. There are so many restaurants offering better valued marinara's, this was embarrassing. I thought this must be a mistake and looked around the room and saw this was the normal. My wife said the beef mixture in the ravioli was stringy and dry. We won't be back :(
