when is the shop open again

Is ashgrove shop open 7 days a week

Is there more organic milk in the store?

Could you tell me if you take away the baby calves from their mothers when they are born? A lot of people don't realise that in order for cows to give milk, they need to be pregnant a lot of the time.

I took my girlfriend to Ashgrove Cheese Dairy Farm. We bought a set of cheese and had some ice cream. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable with their products. The cheese tasted so amazing and creamy. Their ice cream is one of the best we've ever had. I have a lot of ice creams in Europe before. This ice cream is one of the best. When you visit this place, you must try their ice cream and cheese. Oh don't feed the cows in the car park.

Stopped in after hearing about the new renovations of Ashgrove Cheese Dairy and was not disappointed. The display the have made about how the cheese is made and the windows to the factory where all the types of cheese are made is great. Our kids enjoyed reading and looking at all the displays before getting a icecream. All the cows outside on display are just works of art andcthe kids enjoyed looking at each one before my wife and i went into the shop to get our selections of cheeses to bring home. The cheese varieties are great and choosing which one to eat was a hard task. The cheese is so smooth and creamy and the garlic and herb butter was great. Will have to go back if in the area or we will just order more online.

The new upgrade is pretty fancy but didn't feel as welcoming and daily friendly as before. The kids used to live coming in for the cheese sampling and choosing which cheeses to buy. It felt like a local family business. Now it kind of feels a little too upmarket and more like a multinational company. We liked the new displays and the idea of being able to watch cheese meeting made is awesome. Unfortunately they don't make cheese on the weekend which I would affine would be when most people would visit. I'll still support local and buy local without question, ashgrove is the only milk I'll have in my house but I think visiting the factory outlet we will leave for the tourists. A shame really. Congratulations on the fit out and growth but please consider what was offered before, it was much friendlier and way more inviting.

The new shop looks amazing. The Cafe was a little overpriced, it cost us $41 for 2 toasted sandwiches, an apple juice and a tea. The gift shop is great, pleasant staff and a great range of products.

Just visited for the first time since the refurbishment....staff are friendly and helpful but need some ironing out of their service.....asked what a particular item was at the register (little biscuit/cake) and if they knew what it was & what was in it....gave it a name which we’d never heard of & no idea what was in it......appeared to have difficulty keeping track of orders/tables ..... bit of practice to make perfect.....as locals we’ll be back as it’s a good place to stop for a coffee and an ice cream......

An absolute tourist trap at this factory. Not much to see and for a pack of cheese that sells at the factory for $12, the pub down the down sells the exact thing for $10. Absolutely disgraceful, would not recommend coming here.

Great little spot and really interesting info and look into the factory and explanation of the cheese making process, with ice creams from their milk and a great range of cheese. Unfortunately they aren't doing any tastings at the moment, paid or otherwise, which was disappointing as part of the tasting trail. Would have loved to be able to try a range of all their cheeses, did pick up a few from the shop which also had an assortment of accompaniments for cheese. Apparently they will be doing them soon, which will be great!

Fantastic place to stop and visit. Great to see them making cheeses and stroll through the shop. The best most tasty ham and cheese toasty ever with the right amount of ham and overflowing with cheese. Hot chocolates are delicious and you can't leave without tasting some ice-cream 😋

We came here on holidays from Queensland, the new display and explanation of how cheese is made, the viewing windows were all quite impressive. The really disappointing part of our visit was that you don’t offer any tasting? We would have been happy to pay for the tasting and we would have also bought more cheese had we known what we liked.
