Worst customer service especially two Male staff. Unbelievably rude. Food? A little bit better than terrible but pricey, which means not worth at all. If you want to be treated as a dog, totally recommended.

Good fried chicken, great beer 😆

Great food however my colleague and I were perturbed seeing rats crawling across the light tracks, please organise pest control.

Fast service, big portions

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was raising my hands for LITERALLY 2 minutes. A few staff saw me but IGNORED. This is not the first time. Their food is nice and the location is convenient but we always have bad experience. AVOID THERE for a good night.

Very crowded at Friday night, close to the road a little bit noisy, foods are average but a little bit expensive

Food is delicious and have been eating here for ages. I tend to always order the black bean noodles. just the customer service is really, really, really bad.. they always seem angry. should do some employee training.

This place used to be so much better. The chicken here used to be renown, (but now it just taste average..... still slightly better than ICG IMO). Would have gotten more stars if the service was a tad more attentive. Understandably it gets really busy here at Arisun, however, waving down staff can be somewhat of a mission. The hotpot was so so average and IMO severely lacked flavour. The japchae was really nice though. Great location and seating arrangements.
