212 The Parade 5067, Norwood
The great white hype.
Amazing food!
Over priced and Under staffed
We bought Argo's big breakfast and waffle one it's was so good, the portion size was big enough definitely worth the money. The ambiance customer service is good as we expected. The have both indoor and out door dining. Everything is good but the restaurant don't get five stars because of the seating arrangements the tables are so close that I could literally heated what's the next table is discussing. So for that reason they deserve four
Argo is my regular go to cafe in Norwood The great: Extensive menu with Argo classics as well as specials and deals Large variety of gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options even desserts! Meal serves are generous. Coffees are great and so is the hot chocolate The not so great: Be prepared to wait for a table cos this place is popular Be prepared for a bustling noisy vibe- its busy! Be prepared to wait for your food- see above If you arrive early for brekkie or lunch you wont have as long a wait for a table and/or food
Had a good and bad experience here. Came in once and loved it. The second time wasn't. I wanted a table for 6 and waited about 30 minutes for a table and people who were waiting behind us who had more people were seated first. The food was great but the cheeseburger however was a bit expensive and doesn't come with chips. I ordered some chips and it came first when I requested it come with the chips. The Korean fried was great but we found a few hairs in it. The kids' waffles were a bit cold and had been waiting quite a long time as the ice cream was melted. Big menu and great options. Served by a friendly young kind lady and she has very helpful.
Great food. Tons of vegetarian and vegan options. You can order ahead/or from you table through the website. Very handy if you can plan ahead or if there is a long line.
So delicious! They have lots of unique dishes and a wide variety of options. The location is great and it’s lovely to sit outside on a nice day. It’s pretty busy so be prepared to wait as there’s no bookings allowed. The Benedict was one of the best I’ve ever had. The coffee is definitely yummy as well. Will definitely be back to try out some of their specialty lattes as well.
-Possibly the greatest menu selection in Adelaide for Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch. -Great selection of meal choices for allergy sufferers, or those with dietary requirements. -Easy check-in system during periods of long lines, so you can go and do some shopping or have a browse instead of waiting in queue. -Portion size of meals is excellent. -Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating and are quite often under the pump due to how popular this establishment is. -Great coffee and take away options. -New order selection system allows you to select and pay for your meal “self service”without lining up.
Hands down the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Gluten free chicken and waffles. So so so delicious. My husband loved the eggs bennie. The gluten free chocolate banana bread was also incredible. There were so many gluten free options to choose from, we will definitely have to return just to try them! So amazing to find a place that caters to food allergies with amazing options and not just a lame salad or gluten free bread on the side. 🙏🏼🧇🍗 PS be sure to check out the super cute birds in the courtyard 🦜
