The ambience is elite and soothing. Loved the customer service, very attentive and friendly staff members. I and my partner had the most amazing dishes and desserts experience on this restaurant. One of the best dine in experience in Melbourne.

The amazing Mencif I have tried ever . The place is very clean and nice. The decorations is originally Arabia. You can try the most delicious coffee in the Melbourne and you can celebrate in your birthday cake with friends.

Awesome experience of enjoying Jordanian food. Ordered Mansaf and Musakhan and both were made to perfection. Humus was yummy as well.

Definitely recommend this place! I had the mashawi, the quality of the meat was amazing and tasty, then I had a shisha the flavour lasted for 2.5 hours, couldn’t ask for better night. Thank you Arabesque

Food was really good , tasty 4 stars to that . However, customer service was beyond acceptable. They were trying to not do eye contact with you, food was waiting on kitchen window, orders were coming wrong etc etc I could write more... starters came last, no water on the table even though we were trying to communicate with the waiter for water ... I mean dips are cold dish surprisingly it took more then 90 min to serve 😒, so I hope they will increase the staff number on the floor and pay more attention to the customer service. I was really disappointed to took my 18 friends to there for birthday dinner. If you don’t mind waiting 1 hour for a falafel 🧆 platter, you should try their food or do takeaway 👌.

The atmosphere is really nice and location is convenient. However, service is almost non-existent, definitely need to hire more staff. Edit: non-existent service meaning we were greeted but then not have our order taken for another 15minutes with another group behind us waiting as well. The sole person behind the counter had several drink orders to complete so they were unable to serve us. Roster more people on front of house so staff aren’t so stressed!

The food was really good definitely recommend it, however, the customer service was horrible. We waited for 10 minutes to get seated and the waiter was very rude. Then waited another 10-15 minutes to have someone taking our order. And a very long wait to get the food. Obviously, the place is understaffed. Next time, I will go for take away just for the beautiful food. Hope you can improve your customer service.

Arabesque Restaurant pride themselves as an authentic Jordanian & Middle Eastern Cuisine, and after trying their food for the first time, I must agree with them. This is THE BEST Middle Eastern restaurant in Melbourne, and any other place that claims that spot is not even close. As a Middle Eastern myself, it is very hard to find authentic Arabic food, that is not just Hummus & grilled food. I wanted something that tastes like home, so when I came here, I ordered the food that can be hard to find anywhere else: Musakhan - char-grilled chicken cooked with onion, sumac dressed in fried almonds served over taboon bread with side of pickles & khiyar b’laban (cucumber yogurt salad). Magluba (literal translation, upside-down) - slow cooked lamb or chicken, fried cauliflower & potato dressed in fried almonds served with side of khiyar b’laban (cucumber yogurt salad). We opted for the lamb Magluba, and oh my oh my! The meat was juicy and tender, well cooked and seasoned. The Musakhan had the right amount of onion & sumac, and the chicken was perfectly cooked & seasoned. Both tasted exactly like how my mom makes them back home! We ended our evening with a plate of Kanafeh, served with saffron shredded kataifi layered with cheese and pistachios, with a drizzle of saffron sugar syrup (which also comes on the side in case you want to add more). I super loved this place, and we make it a point to get our Middle Eastern food dosage delivered to us every week.
