What a find! A little gem found on Gertrude Street, you will fall in love with the intimate decor, friendly staff and delicious food. Service is wonderful here, the staff are super knowledgeable and welcoming. Our most favorite was the Tuna Tartar and the Lamb Neck - do NOT omit ordering them - so good and well portioned. We were indeed stuffed by the time we were done. Oh - the dessert we had was to die for as well. Can’t wait to return for their next menu!
We had a fantastic meal there last Saturday. We arrived and simple ask the manager to feed us. He enjoyed picking out many courses to show case their fantastic food. Every course was fantastic, full of flavour and very interesting. We had a huge amount of food for a very reasonable price.
Not only was the food delicious, but the service was great. Our waiter was really helpful and especially attentive to my partner's allergies, some of which are quite specific. He communicated all the options really clearly and was helpful and polite all evening.
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their food and drinks. There is a very extensive wine list to look through. The meal itself was fantastic, a really strong tapas menu. I personally really enjoyed the croquettes, and the octopus dishes. The end bill was reasonably priced too.
This place left me speechless - I can only try to describe the exceptional food and experience of this place when I dined here. We had the Chef's menu which allowed a comprehensive walk-through Spanish cuisine. The highlights were the chilled sweetcorn soup, tuna tartar and paella that would go against the best in Valencia. Great wine and service to match.
Had a great group dinner at Añada! Lovely food and selection of drinks, also catered to dietary requirements. Staff were amazing and friendly, thanks for a super night ☺️
Ambience: cozy, not too loud, intimate. Limited seating, so feels homey. Staff: attentive, friendly, not too in your face. Food: definitely the highlight. All the dishes were fantastic, especially the paella with the rice stuck to the pan.
Simply delicious food with an extensive wine list and cocktails. The price didn’t bother me much but the serving size as I did leave the place still hungry. The highlights for me were the macadamia & garlic dip with their homemade sourdough bread. That bread is perfect - looks like a sponge cake but it isn’t and has the crunch. The other highlight is their squid ink paella - best Nero paella I’ve tasted so far. I only wish there was more but had to share this with my friend. The table in front of me had 4 people and shared this dish. I hope they managed to sample the paella given there was barely any to share. The last highlight would be the fig ice cream with pomegranate. Absolutely delicious and was tempted to ask if I could buy a tub of this ice cream. The fig ice cream was gooey, almost sticky but perfectly balanced. Despite the serving size, I will definitely be coming back.
This place has been on my "to eat" list for awhile and I'm glad we made it finally. So many appetising options on the menu, so little room in the stomach. Everything we ordered was a taste sensation in its own right. I never knew I could enjoy chilled sweet corn soup so much, while the spinach and manchego croqueta was to be savoured and the squid ink paella was amazing. Attentive staff throughout the visit and the place has a romantic but lively atmosphere. Such a great place to enjoy tapas and the extensive wine list - definitely recommend this one.
Thanks for a very enjoyable dinner. Beautiful food prepared with loads of technique, good produce and great presentation rounded out by courteous expert service. This is a stylish space and it was a pleasure to come back.
