Good but different.

Excellent Italian food and service and amazing Italian beers and wine. The diavolo pizza deserves a special mention. Grazie tanto!

Al Taglio offers a different pizza concept. In our opinion, for that price, we missed a bit of taste, but the texture was definitely good and the service excellent. Unfortunately, our table was next to a big group and it was pretty uncomfortable to chat between us. We're sure that the dining experience would be much better if they install acoustic panelling and keep improving their unique concept.

Great pizzas and great food in a cosy ambience. Chef and owner Silvio is a young and talented individual, if you like gourmet pizzas this is a must try in Sydney!

Great atmosphere, great service, great food. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful, and gave great suggestions. All of our dishes were amazing and really tasty.

I made an unusual and no doubt awkward request for a menu item to be changed substantially. I was warned by the waiter that this was probably not possible, however the chef agreed and produced the perfect dish. I was extremely impressed and grateful. Excellent atmosphere and great service - fully attentive but not suffocating as some places can be.

Nice upbeat vibe with music and of course the pizzas are good but more of an authentic crunchy crust just so you know what to expect. The menu is not huge but it doesn’t need to be, options are there for veg and non-veg. Staff are great, very attentive. The desserts are tops, you could go just for that if you already had dinner elsewhere.

THE BEST pizzas in Sydney. The best dough, I've also had some beautiful pasta here in the past. I just wish they'd expand the vegan options, vegan pasta, more vegan pizza, a seasonal vegetable pizza would be lush, and a vegan desert option would be nice. There used to be a beautiful vegan pasta item but that was a couple of years ago.

Absolutely the best Pasta and pizza we have ever had. I thought we were in Italy again. The staff were amazing, the food beyond next level an absolute must when you are in Sydney
