This is such a great little bakery. I’d say the kind that I would drive an extra suburb at least to get to. They have lots of ingredients for Mediterranean, middle eastern or just generally delicious cooking. The fold overs are less than $10 and they’re a steal - really nice, healthy lunch. The staff are always great - and there’s often a queue but it moves quickly. Strongly recommend.

We got Catering done for our daughter's birthday party and I can't tell you how happy I am with the catering! The food was absolutely delicious and reached us fresh and hot. Infact, I found the whole experience from communication with A1 for the order till the delivery of the order pleasant and seamless. Nouha helped recommend what I should order based on my preference including quantities and changed the order several times because we had to postpone the party due to the lockdown and the day and the number of guests changed based on restrictions. Nouha would send quick responses and acceptance to all my requests and changes to the food order. On the day of the party, food was delivered for free, on time and piping hot in neat and labelled packaging. Our guests really enjoyed the food and inquired where it was from. We were already huge fans of A1 but after this first time Catering experience we can say with certainty they are absolutely the best!! Their catering menu is very budget friendly and everything is delicious and tasty. There are a lot of options to choose from including pizzas, pies, pastries, Turkish bread, dips and cheese platters. I think the menu can suit anyone's needs. Be it vegetarian, halal suitable or cost effective, they tick all the boxes well! Highly recommend for parties of all kinds.

Great service, food always taste great. Recommended this bakery for others to try them self. Little costly but worth it.

A cosy Mediterranean pita shop. Very busy. All they should do is wrap up each pita or pastry seperately instead of putting in the same bag or box, to avoid different flavours touching. Overall, good tasting, average prices and quick service.

Really nice fresh produce, we got the halloumi pie, a Zataar pizza, a salad and a babaganoush. All blended really well together! I just wish the Halloumi pie was a little more heated as it was cold on the inside, also the dough was noticibly uncooked on the inside giving it a pasty glue like texture.

This is a great Bakery, has excellent food with excellent service. The staff are super friendly, even when they are so busy to que is out the door. The meat pizza and haloumi pie are to die for. Highly recommended

Always reliable A1 delivers on all the baked snacks - my favourite is the spinach and feta triangle. Grabbed some fresh Falafel as well which are lovely and crunchy.

The best Middle Eastern style bakery in the area! Delicious food, generous fillings, delightful service. Definitely the place to get yummy food fast
