88 PLACE CAFE

Just had lunch with a friend here, second time coming into 88 place Cafe. Food was served very fresh and tasted delicious, good authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The best around the area. Not only is the cafe cosy and welcoming, the owner, family and staff are friendly, gives it 100%, love the Vietnamese vibe and its always busy. So happy I discovered this place, it'll be my local to go place. Highly recommend.

Tonight was the first time we visited this cafe. It has a very extensive menu with Vietnamese dishes as well as fish and chips, hamburgers etc. The food was amazing, very reasonably priced and the service was very efficient. Bobby, the owner, is friendly and makes you feel welcome. We will certainly go back to try some of the other dishes. Thanks, Bobby. Yummy pork n salad sanger on gluten free toasted bread mmmm! But best of all was the friendly chat I received while I waited for my sanger and coffee. I will def go there again 🙂 ✌💯

We were visiting Campbellfield to pick up some fish at the aquarium next door when we stopped here for brunch! The Lemongrass Beef Banh Mi and the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi were simply amazing and was just as good and perhaps even better than the Banh Mi I have had at places such as Springvale and Footscray!

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in our area. We live in Glenroy and have been waiting years to have a good special beef pho. We have been to every single Vietnamese restaurant in our area trying to find a good one and this is it! I have high expectations as I grew up with the likes of Springvale and Footscray but this place really delivers. The broth is excellent, the serving size is very generous and your "special beef pho" comes with beef balls, rare beef, brisket and beef tendon!! It is the only place I have found in my area that serve tendon in their pho. They will definitely be seeing me all winter.

This place is always on point with their food. Ive been there 6 times now and its always been consistent. Its just right for my palette, my famliy agrees too 👌
