Hi. Yes we can do grilled fish which will be gluten free but be sure to specifically ask for gluten free when making your order. Our chips are gluten free but the oil cannot be guaranteed to be gluten free because batter can also be cooked in the same oil. Happy to explain further if you call the store. Thanks
