Could this place and more importantly, the gorgeous team behind this place be any more ace if they tried?? I drove 3 hours for my first visit with a new born and a 2 year old (always up for a challenge if good coffee is involved!) after a hot tip that it was worth the trip and my oh my were they spot on the money!!! This place rocked my world! Not only were the corn cakes and coffee straight from heaven but I ate it in PEACE as my toddler happily played in the kids area, after he'd scoffed his share of the brekky. The customer service from the friendly staff is what's missing from the majority of places i visit these days and gee it was lovely. Thanks Porter Republic for 'being borned', we will be back.......again and again!

Didn't stay in the hotel, but went to the pub and had a great night. Staff were very friendly, drinks a touch on the expensive side, but still within reason.

We've followed Mario for many years. Mario's food in our view is legendary and his new location is the best so far with ample easy parking and a nice relaxed atmosphere opposite the beach. Just love his amazing pasta marinara, yum, I'm salivating!, but we still can't wait to work our way through his superb menu. Efficient polite staff that are obviously happy working there. It is definitely the highlight when visiting beautiful San Remo.

Amazing cafe!! Always friendly great service, nothing is problem or too much to ask. The food is second to none. Definitely the best cafe in the area! Event catering is perfect for any occasion Highly recommended!!

Best. Fried. Rice. EVER!! We had sweet & sour pork, steamed dim sum, won ton soup and fried won tons as well. The food was fantastic and the service was top notch. Visit this restaurant on your way back from the Penguin Parade ( in the winter, at least, as I'm not sure if they're open that late in the summer). It was the perfect meal to top off a GREAT day!

Went to The Little Pizza Shop Saturday after hearing they were open my kids were so excited as they have been waiting for the opening, and they were NOT disappointed as the pizzas were absolutely delicious. The shop looks amazing and they staff were delightful. We will definitely be back again can't wait to try the Vietnamese Chilli Chicken. Well done The Little Pizza Shop.

No nonsense fish n chips with some very friendly staff. They nail the standard takeaway fish n chips vibe perfectly. Don't go down expecting something gourmet - it's not a restaurant!

A sneaky weekend away to Philip Island is not complete without picking up a great feed at the San Remo pub! Great service, massive meal sizes, excellent quality (and priced) food, a huge selection of drinks, and a good time to be had by all.

An ok resort with all the facilities you might expect. Rooms look nice and aren't really that well built - you can hear your neighbours use the bathroom and lots of doors banging. Also it's a favourite for those with kids so not great if you want a quiet week away. For those with kids, it's pretty expensive fit for what you get. Indoor pool is nice, but other than that it's a bit lacking.
Fresh, cheap, clean, delicious, great view. A bit slow, but worth it!
