I went there in July '09 and service didn't take long at all, although we got there towards the beginning of the dinner rush so maybe that's why. It was no more noisy than your average big meal restaurant, and the "mood" was nicer. The food was quite good with decent size servings. Service was also good. Having read the previous reviews leads me to think that they improved since those were written. Moods is a nice place to eat, probably one of the better restaurants in the Berwick area.

Great cafe and finally some decent coffee for the berwick area. They use five senses with a monthly single origin for those who like to try something new. Oh and the service is unparalleled.

Sometimes takes a while to get served, but they are quick off-peak hours. Dont expect fast service between 3:30-4:30pm and ~8pm. That being said, I have never had a problem with the quality of the food, the cafe inside has very friendly staff and it has a nice atmosphere. There is a playground for the kids, a TV on the wall, quite a few seatings and parking. Drive through ends at a pedestrian crossing which sometimes worries me as I walk there from the station or the Monash Campus.

Fair trade coffee for a start....great atmosphere....fabulous food....Gluten free options...nice variety on the menu and always something delicious to try that is new. Staff are happy to accomodate special diets if it is possible...Lovely ambience. perfect place for a nice quiet coffee on your own or to meet friends as it is not overly noisy. Love every aspect of it.

WOW - sensational experience. These burgers are so authentic and tasty, so important these days when surrounded by too many McDonald stores. Served by friendly staff, and even with a long queue, the chefs had my burger ready in good time. A great range of tasty burgers to choose from, and even options for a "BAD BOY" burger and a healthy gluten free burger. This restaurant definitely caters for everyone - Tradesmen, families dining in, or someone like myself who wanted a quick take away - WELL DONE "House of Burgers" - so glad you set up in our area.

Most helpful staff with a great selection of groceries and fresh produce. Not much parking close by and parking lots tend to fill up quickly.

AMAZING! cannot express how beautiful he staff are, so friendly and inviting! not only that the food created is amazing along with the taste of it all! Highly recommend this place for lunch, a quick bite to eat or even coffee! Waited so long to come to this place and it didn't disappoint!

What can I say? Unfortunately I will keep it short and sweet! Best way to know how good this newly opened cafe is, is to pop in and check out their great menu. It is definitely not what I expected, but more! Side dishes are definitely presented well and tastes just as good! Good selection to choose from, very different and delicious. Indoor seating, as well as outside seating. Very well presented cafe, amongst the Parkhill Plaza Shopping Center. Ample parking and easy access from car park. Friendly customer service and prompt service of orders. Full table service by courteous staff. The coffee was nice also.
