Maybe good Indian food for Hobart, but not really good Indian food.

Food with a bang or 'explosion in the mouth'; great flavours, wholesome ingredients. Great service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Busy and a little slow, but worth the wait. Flavours, sizes and prices all great.

Hey - this place is great. Very tasty food (palak paneer, chicken biryani, naan), maybe not remarkable, but very generous portions and excellent prices - $15 each two very ample mains. Polite and easygoing service. I bough a beer to wait for my take away and had time to notice the (slightly bland) modern and clean interior. They even brought me some pappadums to wait - Nice!

The food is great and we regularly get takeaway from here but will not go back again to eat in because of the service. It was incredibly slow and we had to continue to get up from the table to ask our waitress for things as nobody was coming to our table, despite it not being particularly busy at the time. As an example, 2 entrees were served out of a table of 4 and both of those entrees had been finished for 30minutes before the next two entrees came out, with no apology. Fortunately the food is good enough to continue going back for takeaway. Do recommend the tandoori lamb cutlets as well as the butter chicken. A real shame about the service, we brought friends here expecting so much more based on the food. Oh and if you have the entertainment book, be aware they won't let you use the voucher for takeaway, despite the voucher stating it can be used in all circumstances.

My partner and I had an incredible time in this modern, inviting, cosy, clean and comfortable restaurant. We got the Feed Us banquet for two. The starters were exciting and the flavours were bursting off the plate. Standout was the Chop Chop Lamb, cooked to perfection For mains we were served three extremely generous, delightful curries, breads and rice - and they even offered us more if we needed. We had just enough room for the Creme Broulee with an Indian twist which was of course beautiful as well. Service and staff were enthusiastic, attentive and proffesional. Congratulations on a fantastic Restaurant!

Just opened. Excellent service with quality food at a very reasonable price. Will return.
Lovely meal, especially the Goan fish curry and Kashmiri naan.
