Excellent place to unwind at the end of the day. I'm a coffee snob, and I don't think Tanja's has the best coffee, but it's not bad either. The point of difference for me is the service, always friendly, and Angelo in particular really gives Tanja's it's atmosphere, such a nice, pleasant person. We unfortunately don't find the time to frequent Tanja's these days, but when we have the chance, we're there. The negative comments that appear on here are a laugh, people have far too much expectation for a local cafe. The food is great, if you want perfection go and pay for it in the city (if you can even find it).

Up there with uk fish and chips! Ive moved here from uk! And we know how to do good chip and chips! Aussie fish and chips is a new experience for me? But its great, i love the options of differemt fish and either battered, crumbed or even grilled! Really really good here, thoroughly enjoyed! Need mushy peas though! (Maybe thats just an english thing)

Absolutely love it here. This is a fundamental part of the weekend for my wife and I. The coffee is amazing, the cakes are excellent and most importantly the team are welcoming, entertaining and always display positivity. Highly recommend popping in to check this place out. Car park in rear.

Good fresh food and very good German wine. Everything on our plates was good we will return. The only thing I would mention is that I expected the meat loaf to be made of minced meats not a solid form of sausage.

Absolutely breath taking bespoke cakes created by the incredible Bec. A true creative genius that created a cake we will remember for a lifetime! Loved (and demolished) by all, couldn't have asked for more, it was perfection. Highly recommend Bec for when you need that wow cake for your special occasion. Thank you to Bec and Petal + Peach for all of the delicious moments.

Very affordable lunch menu, especially for a sunday. Great food, very affordable prices. Didnt have to wait long at all for food to come out after ordering. The snitzel was golden and cooked very well. Very generous serving. Too much vinegar on the salad though.
I have eaten in their sister resaurant at Cleveland called "The Little Indian Palace" but because I live so close to the Jaipur one, I only get take away from here. That said, I have been getting take away regularly from here for the last 8 years or more. Never once, have I been let down. Always excellent quality, always ready on time, always right. Great attituted from the staff. I started a long time, hooked on the first dish I tried, then eventually tried something different. This became my new favourite and so on. Even after 8 years and getting it regularly I still have not worked my way through their whole menu because I now have so many favourites. Don't forget the Naan bread when you are ordering.
