MacDonalds at West Ryde is always good for a feed after doing stuff around West Ryde and Meadowbank. New 'Tasty' menu - Had a medium tasty burger meal with big mac sauce and coke zero last night, the burger meat was good, thicker and bigger than usual. Its good they've made the outdoor area no smoking. Spare change menu always good if you havent got much cash. But the best thing - Macaroons!!!! raspberry flavour is the best.

A good quality cafe that meadowbank sorely need. The food are pretty good especially with the rotisserie chicken. Menu option is rather limited though. But otherwise good ambience and nice service

I've been to many famous places for brunch in various cities, I have to say this beats all of them! Went to have brunch and it was just amazing. Not only the foods are perfectly cooked and presented, they are very creative and not slack on using only the best ingredients which really differentiates Lab Kitchen to other places. They also specialise in smoothies and juices. Their service can do a little better but given the price it is still worth it.

Another Bento craving led me to the local Yatai. Right next to the train station, it's a convenient place to have lunch once you've reached West Ryde Station. I love their lunch specials. I always get the Sashimi and other protein combination for $11.90. On this occasion I chose the Teriyaki Chicken and Sashimi combination. The chicken was beautiful and well cooked. The beans in the chicken were a bit crunchy which is not my preference in a hot dish but it did add something different to the palette. The sashimi is fresh and consistent with my previous experiences. To finish off the meal, eat all of that cabbage salad which is dressed with a sweet dressing. Love it! My favourite Korean BBQ restaurant in West Ryde! The quality of food here was outstanding. Great range of side dishes, great experience and friendly staff. I strongly recommend this place! Wagyu short rib was the BEST! that thing just melted in my mouth.

Had Sam's a few times, good pizza and good pasta, nice meaty and saucy pasta and good old style pizza. Garlic pizza is nice, simple but good, good as a main or an entree or just a snack. Have never dined there, sit down, but have had take away, nice decor, old style and traditional. Good location, convenient, can park nearby or up near kfc. Good atmosphere, oven and pizza prep area right at the counter. Had a pepperoni on my way to work, was good, ate the whole thing, filled me up.

The equipment here is not as up to date as your usual BP stations. It has your usual convenience store attached. The price is sometimes lower than surrounding stations but they do not give points for the Virgin Velocity Frequent Flyer program.
Lovely and family-friendly. Food is cheap and tasty and always fresh, and they have a good variety of beers. Always clean, and service is fast. I enjoy it quite a bit for a once-in-a-while experience. Oh, and the Yum-Cha upstairs, delicious :) Don't pay attention to the whinghers bagging it, it's a leagues club, not the Ritz!
