O.MY Restaurant & Ned's Lounge

70 Princes Hwy, Beaconsfield

A welcome addition to the Berwick/Beaconsfield area, O.MY will be my go-to for fine dining close to home. Choosing a degustation menu can be hit and miss, but they really did an amazing job here. I was served up salad, fish, duck and beef all paired with delicious gels and sauces, and garnished fresh from the garden. There were some good original flavour combinations, without being outrageous or unpalatable. Dessert was an apple that had been deconstructed and reconstructed on the plate in various forms - hard to explain but it was creative and delicious. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with freshly made bread and wine suggestions throughout the night. The decor is modern and funky, and the small ~30 seat room lends a genuine intimate feeling to the place.

Moon Lily Kitchen and Cakes
4.9
/ 121

110 Weld St 7270, Beaconsfield

Trading as the Miner's Diner this cafe has extended its hours and outdoor facilities in recent months. The lunch fare is delicious, especially the salad and Spinach/Feta Filo roll. Leaf tea for two is served in antique teacups and the menu is reasonably priced. There is enough here to delight any Miner's Missus as well as visitors and families on School Holidays.

Really yummy dumpling place! Would recommend the Chicken & Chive Pan Friend Dumplings and the Hokkien Noodles with Beef. The Lemon Honey Chicken was a stir fry with veges and yum, but a pretty small portion. (I got takeaway) Cute place to eat and super friendly staff. Enjoyed seeing the Chef coming out to greet the guests while I was waiting to collect my order.

Best meal I've had in a long, long time. It beats any resturant in Pakenham. The service was lovely, it was a very quiet and relaxed evening for my family to celebrate a birthday. We will be back.

68 Old Princes Hwy Shop 4 3807, Beaconsfield

Very good. Cooked very well and polite friendly punctual service. The meals were very good but could use more vegetables like carrots snow peas etc. Decor could use updating "the suspended ceiling was dirty and needed updating. Over all we will be going back mainly because the cook was very skilled and new how to please.
