We dined at the rooftop beer garden. Middle of winter, roof closed, with good heating. Nice environment. The band playing was good but couldn't speak over it. Not the best for a lunch time family setting. We waited 50 minutes for our meal which is not acceptable. They had obviously forgotten about us. When we notified the waiter, we soon received our food, but my vegetable fritters were burnt so I could barely cut them and very gooey in the middle, so obviously a rushed job. We received a small apology from the waitress, but that's not good enough. Due to the poor service I won't ever bother wasting my time or money again. So unless you're OK with waiting for an hour for food, don't bother!

Excellent recovery food...home style baked beans were excellent. As was the eggs benedict with smoked salmon...great coffee and service...will be back for sure...!.....ok im back....but the home style baked beans have changed...no sausage...less zing! :(

We had a great brunch at this place. Relaxed atmosphere, good food and nice people. We felt so bad when we realized we had forgotten to pay our brunch and were already close to Sydney! We called and the owner told us to offer a meal to a homeless person instead of repaying... Amazing and gracious response. Wishing you the prosperous business you deserve.
