Ostani

Hotel Realm 18 National Circuit, Barton

It's ok. The bar line up is good as is the atmosphere. Service is the restaurant is quick and friendly. Some of the food is the letdown unfortunately in my opinion. The pizzas seem a bit skint for the price.

McDonald's Charnwood

Cnr Charnwood Place & Lhotsky St, Charnwood

Just went through drive threw and got the best service and burgers we have had in years. If I had to pick something negative the chips could of been a little fresher. A nice change having someone making good burgers

Zone Bowling Tuggeranong
3.7
/ 204

76 Cowlishaw St, Greenway

It's a pretty good experience and a load of fun for kids and adults of all ages. The place is clean, has a lot of lanes, though if you go on a Friday night or during the weekend/School holidays it's ALWAYS busy (understandably). The lanes are state of the art and are in good condition. The gutters raise up automatically for 'Bumper Bowling' which can be set differently for each player and automatically raise or lower depending on who's turn it is. There's a large, well stocked kitchen for having a bite to eat, there's also coffee and cold drinks to have in the café. A large amount of table/chairs available to eat at while you watch the goings on. There's arcade machines up the other end of the centre, with 'tickets' you can win to redeem for prizes in the cabinets. It's expensive as hell to bowl, but they have to make money somehow. Parties are expensive, but man did the kids have fun. The host was a little run of her feet, so if you have more than say 10 kids, demand a seconds host. Enjoy your bowling, AMF Tuggeranong is great.

Indian Grill Restaurant
4.2
/ 139

38 Reed St N, Greenway

I have read some of the bad reviews and have to say that this is not my experience of the place. My fussy eater son, who rarely will eat more than meat, will dine there and begs to go. We have been eating Indian for years, and while it is not the very best, it is in the top 25% of the places we have eaten at. Service is always great. No issues. So sorry for those where is has not been that good.

Great service, delicious food, couldn't ask for anything better!

Flavours of Jiangnan
4.8
/ 84

G6/8 Cape St, Dickson

Delicious aromas, infused with spices, greeted me as I stepped into this new family atmosphere restaurant in Dickson. The service was swift, friendly and full with suggestions for my FussyEater. I found the pan-fried pork dumplings loaded with flavour, enjoyed the beef brisket (with home-made noodles!) and the vegetable springs rolls were demolished by FE. Our table of 6 were stuffed for under $100 and left debating who took which leftovers home.

Federal Golf Club
4.5
/ 97

Gowrie Dr, Red Hill

I can't speak highly enough of the course, the staff, the lessons I received and the facilities. I have just recently moved to Canberra, and they were extremely welcoming, and I have now just joined as a member!

AIS Visitor Centre

26 Leverrier St, Bruce

Great gift shop. But can't wander around unless on a paid tour
