Great paella along with a friendly service. Located on the edge of the South Melbourne market it is the perfect place to have a relaxing lunch whilst there. Prices are a tad high but I still get swayed by the taste and always return. The espresso is also a worthy contender to close out a fantastic meal. See you soon.

I visited Simply Spanish for breakfast. I have to say that Simply Spanish became a instant favourite to go to now. Food was beautiful balance of fresh ingredients and amazing spices and herbs. The teas and coffees and so nice and heart warming. It was nice to sit there and have a nice tea on a cool day. The service staff were friendly, professional and very quick with the drinks and food. Pricing is fairly good for a two person meal. I believe it was around 60-70 dollars for 2 people.

Dined here for dinner and it was wonderful. The entree and main dishes were so delicious. Beautifully presented on a plate, and it was tasty as well. Loved the food here. Staff were pretty good as well. They all seem to have an accent, so they probably speak Spanish as well but I cannot be sure of it. But it did add to the authenticity while dining there with that European/Spanish accent. The paella squid ink was incredible too. I'll definitely come back here to dine and try other dishes.

Wasn't bad but there just wasn't anything that made me want to come back for more.

Great vibes, especially over the weekend. We got a table indoors. The pan paela being cooked outdoors was just too tempting and the last time I had it was Before Covid. Absolutely delish!! They claim to have the best Paela outside Spain. Enjoyed some cold beer and beef cheek too.

Had a superb lunch. Freshly cooked Paella was satisfying, pork ribs so tender. Definitely will come back. Big bonus that they are dog friendly!

A mouthwatering display of paella in the heart of the South Melbourne Market. Went here for a quick lunch and ordered the seafood paella with some tapas. The giant-pan paellas are only available at lunchtime until about 3PM. I heard their breakfast menus are also good, definitely will try the next time i visit it. They also have Happy Hour for sangrias and wine, do visit their website for more info.

You would think that the roadside restaurant by the market is just another self proclaiming " best" restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised that the Paella is off top quality, fresh ingredients and well seasoned and flavoured coming very close to those I've had in Spain, the land of Paella. To top it off, the Crispy Pork Belly is excellent and flavourful.
