Mandoo is the best. I stopped one day on the way home from work and got some dumplings to take home. They were really really good. The serves are huge and the people working there were so friendly, all smiles. Highly recommend.

Korean Dumpling is called “Mandoo”. This little hidden family eatery runs by a couple of South Korean family is definitely opened the lids of authentic Korean cuisine to our Australian market and giving us a good indication of what genuine Korean cuisine is about. The couple can barely speak a word of English and yet providing a business in Australia, SA, Bank Street, central of Adelaide CBD lane way and where the rent is expensive, a huge credit to them both. Cold night and wanting a bowl of soup and decide to go for Korean food for dumpling. Got recommended by friends to try their Mandoo and bibimbap(Rice dish with ingredients floating on top for ready to tossed up by diner them selling it s. Tasty and freshly made in-house daily. Amazingly done and the taste is delicious. The presentation of dishes are quality. Specially the picked cucumber and onion in jar as a side, one word to describe it, “Delish!” Simple and well presented. However, one down fall, there is not much of differences in between their similar dishes. The noodle soup and the dumpling soup are using the same fish stock. At the same time, the toilet is too clustering with all kind of stuff in it. Apart from that, good food and definitely good service.

Absolutely delicious Korean dumplings. We had the fried veg ones as well as the kimchi dumplings in soup and both tasted perfect. The complimentary jar of pickles were also a great addition. No fuss, tasty, comfortable dining. We got seated straight away (sat night 6.30pm) but just about. There was a long queue as we were leaving!

Excellent vegetarian dumplings! Decent serve, with pickles and a sweet soy with extras in it. Friendly, helpful service. Highly recommended. Mandoo is not a large restaurant - arrive early or be prepared to wait - it's worth it!

The beef bibimbap looks just like any other bibimbap you’d get from other joints but the taste was amazing! Nice flavors and fresh ingredients. The dumplings were good too. Comes with mashed potato and salad. Portion is very generous and lots of filling inside the dumpling. Definitely worth checking this place out. It gets busy too during lunch time.
