Staff constantly mess up the burritos, they refuse to do a chikito size burrito with a gluten-free wrap which is done many times without issue at other stores. There’s a girl there that constantly is in a daydream and gets the orders wrong numerous times.,

Edit: to owners....your response via email was not the best....interesting that you write it privately rather than on here!!!! Again, disappointing! I have had burritos from many Zambrero restaurants and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately, today was my second time to have a burrito from the Mindarie branch and yet again, I was disappointed. There was a distinct lack of flavour to the chicken. Not only this, the portions of salsa , onions and corn were far, far smaller than other restaurants. When I asked for a little more tomato salsa (there was barely any on a large burrito), I was told I'd have to pay extra. There was a ridiculously small amount on it! I had the trezigo sauce and again, there was very little added, I couldn't even taste it. Plus it seemed VERY watery. Overall, extremely disappointed especially as I was really looking forward to it 😔

Never had a better tasting burrito 🤤 Great service from a lovely lady Ana. Do yourself a favour and visit the Zambrero in mindarie. the food is amazing! Highly recommended!

Stopped in late Sunday afternoon, staff were fantastic. Food is always great and the new street mini taco was amazing. Highly recommend it.

Been here a few times and I can be a bit fussy asking for the meat to be spread across the bottom of the bowl, extra lettuce and onion (depending on who is serving) and the staff have always been very friendly and accommodating. Along with the great service is a very clean site; definitely recommend.

Very disappointed with the size versus price and quality of the food. The size was very small for the price along with the flavour and quality of the food. The “chicken” didn’t even look like chicken. It was grey/brown in colour and had zero flavour. Does not compare at all to On The Border Mexican Restaurant which is fresh and full of flavour, even though the prices are comparable.
